Description : Rakshabandhan Celebration Pragyan Public School celebrated Rakshabandhan a day before Rakshabandhan festival, marked by usual fervour and gaiety that one associates with this auspicious occasion. A day prior to the festival, girls were busy selecting the best Rakhies for their brothers and boys were busy selecting the gifts for their sisters. Girls tie Rakhies on the hands of their classmates and teachers. Brothers gave sweets to their sisters and teachers blessed the girls. Girl of each and every class was very happy and with smiling faces. They tie Rakhi to Principal Mrs. Deepti Sharma as well as Manager Mr. Harish Sharma.Manager Sir and Principal ma’am wished a very Happy Rakshabandhan to one and all. All in all, the celebration of this festival which signifies the beautiful family bond of trust and protection between a boy and a girl helped the students to nurture a healthy relationship amongst all at school – which is indeed a home away from home. Pragyan Public School who believes that celebration of festivals in schools is necessary.
