Note :
1. The applicant(s) shall produce the requisite documents in original at the time of verification along
with a set of Self Attested photocopies.
2. Admission to the school is subject to verification of the documents listed below;
FOR ALL APPLICANTS; Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation/Govt. Authority with the name of the child mentioned on the certificate.
FOR ALL APPLICANTS; Proof of residence (Minimum 2 out of the following)
Ration card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (mother/father having the name of the child.)
Domicile certificate of the child or his / her parents.
Voter Identity Card / EPIC of any of the parents.
Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
6 recent passport-size color photographs of the Student
6 recent passport-size color photographs of each parent or guardians
Category certificate- SC/ST/OBC/Others
A copy of the Report Card and the original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last school attended must be furnished.
3. TC and Report Card ( mentioning PASSED or PROMOTED ) should be submitted in original
4. Inter-State Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by Chairman CBSE/Education Officer of the area Students are transferring from must be submitted in case the transfer is from another state.
5. Migration Certificate must be furnished in case the board is other than CBSE.
6. Aadhar Card / Unique Identity Card of the Student, Father, and Mother.
7. If any documents are not submitted then we will consider the affidavit of only Nur and U.K.G.
8. FOR SIBLING – A copy of the Fee Bill issued by the school for the Academic Session 2020-2021.
