Description : A one-day Physical Activity Trainer workshop of Cbse for teachers was organized at Pragyan Public School, Jewar on 26th November 2022.The event was inaugurated by the Manager of Pragyan Mr. Harish Kumar Sharma, the Principal Mrs. Deepti Sharma, resource person Mr. Hassan Ahmed Noori, a result oriented Master Trainer Sports and Fitness Sector Skill Council and Ms. Priya Dwivedi, General Manager, Fitness and Sports Sector, Skill Council. The program was initiated with the Lamp lightning and welcome song worshipping Goddess Saraswati. The Manager of Pragyan Mr. Harish Kumar Sharma and the Principal Mrs. Deepti Sharma presented a sapling and a beautiful card to the resource persons. There were 70 participants from different schools of Gautam Buddha Nagar. The main aim of this training was to help them understand the importance of Physical Activity Trainer (Skill subject in classes IX to XII). CBSE with Khelo India fit India Movement and Skill Council have introduced this Skill course which gives a platform to pursue a career on sports which is specially designed by professional experts. Students can opt this course for their brighter future. Mr. Hassaan Ahmed Noori appealed to all the school heads/Principals/Stakeholders to plan for lots of activity in the school ecosystem so that all the school children can become fit and think of alternative career or a court area along with academic subject and sports activity as a subject. Ms. Priya Dwivedi addressed and said this session was designed for physical educators to generate the interests of students in exercise, sports and games and encourage them to make it a part of life. She said that habit and attitude towards staying fit would raise their health status. Pragyan Principal Ms. Deepti Sharma also delivered a speech and highlighted that keeping students engaged in physical activities through fun and play has a great significance in enhancing inner qualities like discipline, courage, confidence and efficiency. The Manager of Pragyan Mr. Harish Kumar Sharma and the Principal Mrs. Deepti Sharma thanked the resource persons for this amazing workshop.
