Description : Students of Pragyan Public School ,Jewar have brought laurels to the school by winning seven medals with excellent performance in the district level Taekwondo championship. Under the guidance of the school's Taekwondo instructor Mr. Naushad Saifi, the school's Taekwondo team participated in the district level competition held at Green Field Academy Nanauta Saharanpur on 5 May 2024. The students of the school displayed their sports talent and won a total of seven medals including five gold, one silver and one bronze medal. The school's student Yash Atri (under 63 kg) won gold, Prashant (under 55 kg) won gold, Mayank Chaudhary (under 73 kg) won gold, Govind (under 48 kg) won gold, Hardik (under 58 kg) won gold, Anshu (under 51 kg) won silver and Daksh Chaudhary (under 40 kg) won bronze medal and displayed their excellent sports talent. In this competition, the school's student Yash Atri also won gold medal in open challenge fight. The school's manager Mr. Harish Kumar Sharma, Principal Mrs. Deepti Sharma, Physical Education Department Head Mr. Gajendra Singh Yadav and his team congratulated the students and Taekwondo coach Mr. Naushad Saifi on their excellent performance and winning medals in the district level Taekwondo championship and blessed them to perform well in future.
