Description : Grand Parent's Day Celebration 2015 On 17th October 2015 Pragyan Public School, Jewar has organized "Grandparents Day". On this special occasion students grandparents were invited. Many cultural programs were arranged for them. At first the Students welcomed all the grandparents by giving them flowers .The grand ceremony was proceeded by the lightning up of lamp before the portrait of Goddess Saraswati by Pragyan’s honorable Manager Mr. Harish Sharma and honorable Principal Mrs. Deepti Sharma. After this the students presented Saraswati Vandana along with sizzling dance. The active participation from grandparents side was observe. Some grandparents also shared their joys, experience with the teachers and students. The dance performed by the small kids on song "Dadaji ki Chhadi Hoon Main" and "Nani teri morni" was appreciated by all. Dance on various folk songs were presented by the students. The entire auditorium was filled with the applause and Clapping. Many games were arranged for the grandparents in which they participated very enthusiastically. In the end Honorable Manager sir and Principal ma’am gave vote of thanks to all the grandparents who gave their valuable time for this program. "Grandparents lay the foundation of moral values in children" said the Principal ma'am. Honorable Manager sir showed his gratitude towards all the grandparents present there. He underlined the fact that grandparents are the leader of success.
