Description : Pragyan Public School, Jewar organized the “Atmanirbhar Bharat Programme” on Monday with great enthusiasm and joy. The event witnessed the gracious presence of eminent guests, parents, students, and local residents, making the celebration truly remarkable. The Chief Guest of the programme was Hon’ble Mrs. Geeta Shakya (President, Mahila Morcha Uttar Pradesh & Former Rajya Sabha MP). The event was graced by Special Guests MLA Mr. Dhirendra Singh, Mrs. Rajendra Lodhi (State Executive Member, Mahila Morcha, Uttar Pradesh), Mr. Satyendra Nagar (Campaign Coordinator, Gautam Buddh Nagar), Mrs. Rajni Tomar (District President, Mahila Morcha), Mr. Narayan Maheshwari (Chairman, Nagar Panchayat Jewar), Mr. Pradeep Rawat (Mandal President), Mrs. Laxmi Sharma (Mahila Mandal President), Mr. Monu Garg, Mr. Sanjay Parashar, Mr. Satpal Talan (MP Representative), Mr. Vikas Chaudhary, Mr. Neeraj Goyal, and Dr. Aditya, along with several other dignitaries. The programme began with the lighting of the lamp and Saraswati Vandana. Dr. Harish Kumar Sharma (Manager) and Dr. Deepti Sharma (Principal) extended a warm welcome to all guests with bouquets and mementos. Hon’ble Mrs. Geeta Shakya emphasized that “the dream of a truly self-reliant India can be realized only when every citizen prioritizes indigenous products and works with confidence and innovation.” She inspired students to follow the path of hard work, creativity, and self-dependence. Hon’ble MLA Mr. Dhirendra Singh appreciated the initiative, saying, “Promoting skill development and entrepreneurship at the local level is the strongest step toward true self-reliance.” He praised the school for organizing such an inspiring event that instills patriotism and self-reliance in the younger generation. Students presented mesmerizing cultural performances on the theme of Atmanirbhar Bharat, including patriotic songs, dances, and skits that captivated the audience. Through their performances, students beautifully conveyed messages of self-reliance and women empowerment. Principal Dr. Deepti Sharma expressed heartfelt gratitude, reaffirming the school’s commitment to nurturing confidence, creativity, and patriotism among students.
