Description : Pragyan Public School organized a Parent Orientation Workshop on the theme “Manthan – Discovering the Self” under the guidance of Jiva Education. The objective of the programme was to strengthen the partnership between parents and teachers and create a positive environment for the holistic development of students. The programme began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the School Manager Dr. Harish Kumar Sharma, Principal Dr. Deepti Sharma, and the Resource Person from Jiva Education, Mr. Jai Vir Singh. On this occasion, Mr. Jai Vir Singh was warmly welcomed with a sapling and a memento.The workshop was conducted in two sessions in which parents of students from Classes VII–XII and Classes III–VI actively participated. During his address, Mr. Jai Vir Singh emphasized the joint role of family and school in shaping the character of children. He encouraged parents to nurture moral values, cultural ethics, and self-awareness in their children. On this occasion, School Manager Dr. Harish Kumar Sharma highlighted the importance of value-based education for the overall development of students. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the Principal Dr. Deepti Sharma.After the workshop, parents shared positive feedback and expressed that such sessions are highly beneficial in understanding children’s upbringing and personality development.
